Pineapple Crepes
Ingredients
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 serving Ultimate Pineapple Protein
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened oat milk
- ¼ tsp salt
Method
- Blend all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk.
- Heat a medium sized, non-stick pan and add a little butter.
- Once melted, pour the batter into the pan and spread it into a circular shape.
- Cook and flip over and remove once done.
- Top it with coconut,maple syrup or your fav pick.
