Evoq Business Ventures LLP. offers free domestic shipping across India to all the pin codes serviced by our logistics partners. In case your location isn’t serviced by our logistics partner, we shall send the consignment via India Post.
DELIVERY TIME
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 days of receiving it. We strive to deliver the products to you within 7 working days from the dispatch date, depending on the delivery address. Larger orders will be sent via Surface mode and may take an extra 1-2 days. Delivery can be further delayed due to curfew, lockdown, or any natural calamity beyond our control.
A tracking number will be provided, usually within 48 hours of receiving the order (excluding bank holidays).
CANCELLATION
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our end, with a 10% deduction as transactional fees. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. For cancellations, contact us at info@greenprotein.co.in, and we will respond within 24 working hours.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Orders placed during any sale, promotional offer, or discount period are not eligible for cancellation. All such purchases are final and non-refundable.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We aim to create and deliver products for your appreciation and satisfaction. Evoq Business Ventures LLP’s return or exchange policy applies only if the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered. All refund and replacement requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the order. Factors such as like/dislike are not eligible reasons for refund or cancellation.
Products purchased during any sale, promotional offer, or discount period are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
We do not provide any guarantee for the ziplock mechanism of the pouches.
In case a customer rejects the delivery, provides a wrong address, and/or is unavailable to receive the delivery, and later requests redelivery, the shipping charges for re-dispatch along with the RTO (return to origin) charges of the first shipment must be borne by the customer.
Any electronic items sold by us, such as blenders, are not manufactured by Evoq Business Ventures LLP. As a result, they do not come with any warranty, guarantee, or return policy. All sales of these items are final.
DAMAGED DELIVERY
All orders are shipped through third-party logistics partners. Once dispatched, the handling of the package is managed by them during transit.
We strongly advise you not to accept any package that appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery. If you notice any such issue, please refuse the delivery and ask the courier to return it immediately.
Please note: Orders that are accepted despite visible damage or tampering will not be eligible for replacement or refund, and the brand will not be responsible in such cases.
For genuine cases of manufacturing defects or internal damage (where the outer packaging was intact upon delivery), you can write to info@greenprotein.co.in within 24 hours of receiving the order. Ensure you share clear photos and videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label for us to review. Approved cases will be eligible for a replacement or refund.
INCORRECT DELIVERY
We double check all our orders before packing and shipping them to you.
However, if you happen to receive your order with the wrong or missing items, contact info@greenprotein.co.in within 24 hours of receiving the order with the photos and videos of the package and its contents including shipping label on the box. We will either help you with a replacement or initiate a refund against the same.
DISCLAIMER
Please bear in mind that minor variations on the colour and texture of the packaging can occur from what is visible in the product pictures on the website due to the assorted technological and physical restrictions of the digital medium. Most of our products are produced in small batches, and this can lead to minor variations in physical appearance or taste because of the manufacturing and artisanal process. The buyer acknowledges this risk when they agree to these terms and conditions.
