Evoq Business Ventures LLP. offers free domestic shipping across India to all the pin codes serviced by our logistics partners. In case your location isn’t serviced by our logistics partner, we shall send the consignment via India Post.
DELIVERY TIME
We endeavor to deliver the products to you within a span of 7 working days from the receipt of the order and payment, as per the address for delivery. It can delay further if there is a curfew, lockdown, or in the event of any natural calamity which is beyond our control.Larger orders will be sent via Surface mode and could take an extra 1-2 days.
A tracking number will be provided once the consignment is shipped.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We aim to create and deliver products for your appreciation and satisfaction. Evoq Business Ventures LLP. return or exchange policy applies only if the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered. All refund and replacement requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the order. Factors such as like/dislike are not eligible reasons for refund or cancellation.We do not provide any guarantee for the ziplock mechanism of the pouches.
DAMAGED DELIVERY
