Hence a person weighing 60 kg would need about 60-90 grams of protein per day. However your degree of activity as well as your weight and sex determine how this requirement evolves. An inactive person would require less protein compared to a moderately active or highly active person. Also men require a higher amount than women.

Our protein can be consumed with water, milk, or plant-based milk. However some of our flavours contain Vitamin C (added for its various health benefits), which may cause milk to split.
REGULAR- Flavours such as Black Currant, Orange, and Raw Mango should be consumed with water.
SPORT- Best when enjoyed with water but can also be mixed with milk or plant-based milk.
ULTIMATE- All the flavours contain Vitamin C, so it's best to consumed with water.
