Fudge this Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 250g self-raising flour
  • 50g Ultimate Chocolate Protein
  • 50g cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 150g sugar
  • 360g milk + 1 tsp vinegar
  • 50g neutral oil

Frosting

  • 200g dairy-free yoghurt
  • 40g of Ultimate Chocolate Protein
  • 40g cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 170
  • Line two round cake tins
  • Mix together milk and vinegar - set aside to thicken.
  • Sift dry ingredients into a bowl along with the Ultimate Chocolate Protein.
  • Pour the wet into the dry and gently mix until just combined.
  • Divide batter between the two tins and then bake for 20-25 mins.
  • Mix together the frosting and then layer the cakes once they are cooled.
  • Voila, dive in!!
