Fudge this Chocolate
Ingredients
- 250g self-raising flour
 - 50g Ultimate Chocolate Protein
 - 50g cocoa powder
 - 1/2 tsp baking powder
 - 150g sugar
 - 360g milk + 1 tsp vinegar
 - 50g neutral oil
 
Frosting
- 200g dairy-free yoghurt
 - 40g of Ultimate Chocolate Protein
 - 40g cocoa powder
 - 4 tbsp maple syrup
 
Method
- Preheat the oven to 170
 - Line two round cake tins
 - Mix together milk and vinegar - set aside to thicken.
 - Sift dry ingredients into a bowl along with the Ultimate Chocolate Protein.
 - Pour the wet into the dry and gently mix until just combined.
 - Divide batter between the two tins and then bake for 20-25 mins.
 - Mix together the frosting and then layer the cakes once they are cooled.
 -
