Choco Protein Pudding


  • 3 dates
  • 1 banana chopped
  • 1 serving of Ultimate Chocolate Protein
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 cup cold milk of your choice
  • 2-3 tbsp chia seeds


  • In a blender add dates, frozen banana, peanut butter, cocoa powder, oats, and cold milk.
  • Now blend everything together with a serving of Ultimate Chocolate.
  • Transfer this smoothie into a square glass bowl.
  • Add the chia seeds and stir well. Refrigerate it for at least 4 hrs or overnight
  • Once the mixture becomes thick, top it up with chopped bananas or choco chips.
  • And your healthy dessert is readyy!
