Black Currant, Banana and Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 sachet/scoop green protein black currant
- 100 ml almond milk
- 1 ½ tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup sliced bananas
- 1 tbsp nuts and/or seeds as per preference
Directions
- Mix the protein powder into the almond milk
- Stir in the chia seeds and refrigerate until thick
- Top the protein pudding with the banana slices
- Decorate with nuts and seeds
