Black Currant, Banana and Chia Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 sachet/scoop green protein black currant
- 100 ml almond milk
- 1 ½ tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup sliced bananas
- 1 tbsp nuts and/or seeds as per preference
Directions
- 1. Mix the protein powder into the almond milk
- 2. Stir in the chia seeds and refrigerate until thick
- 3. Top the protein pudding with the banana slices
- 4. Decorate with nuts and seeds
- 5. Enjoy!
