Black Currant, Banana and Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet/scoop green protein black currant
  • 100 ml almond milk
  • 1 ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup sliced bananas
  • 1 tbsp nuts and/or seeds as per preference

Directions

  • 1. Mix the protein powder into the almond milk
  • 2. Stir in the chia seeds and refrigerate until thick
  • 3. Top the protein pudding with the banana slices
  • 4. Decorate with nuts and seeds 
  • 5. Enjoy!
