Ingredients

  • 400g silken tofu
  • 300g melted 80-90% dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 serving Sport Chocolate Protein

Method

  • In a blender, combine tofu, melted dark chocolate, and a scoop of Sport Chocolate. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding honey, or maple syrup.

  • Serve this Mousse with an extra drizzle of olive oil for richness and add salt for a pure chocolatey experience that's both decadent and nutritious!
