Banana Cinnamon Oats
Ingredients
- 40g oats
 - 1/2 banana
 - a pinch of cinnamon
 - 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
 - 100ml water
 - 50g vegan yogurt
 - 25g banana caramel protein powder
 
Directions
- Mix oats, water, 1/2 banana, cinnamon, maple syrup until combined.
 - Microwave for 1min 30sec.
 - Mix yoghurt and banana caramel protein,spread over the oat layer.
 - Leave in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
 - Top with a couple of banana slices and sprinkle some cinnamon to serve!
