Banana Cinnamon Oats


  • 40g oats
  • 1/2 banana
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  •  1 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • 100ml water
  • 50g vegan yogurt
  • 25g banana caramel protein powder


  • Mix oats, water, 1/2 banana, cinnamon, maple syrup until combined.
  • Microwave for 1min 30sec.
  • Mix yoghurt and banana caramel protein,spread over the oat layer.
  • Leave in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
  • Top with a couple of banana slices and sprinkle some cinnamon to serve!
